WHAT IS BMI ?
Body Mass Index is a measure of body size. It combines a person's weight and height. If a someone's BMI is outside of the healthy range, their health risks may increase significantly.
The BMI ranges for adult male/ female are as follow:
> 18.5 Underweight
18.5–24.9 Healthy
25-29.9 Over weight
30- 34.9 Obese Class 1
35- 39.9 Obese Class 2
< 40 Obese Class 3
